OFF TO THE RACES:
Saskatchewan Vintage Race Association partnered up with the Prince Albert Snowmobile Club to host the 1st Annual Prince Albert Vintage Snow Drag Racing competition held on March 7, 2020 with proceeds going towards the Rose Garden Hospice.
This is vintage sleds of 1981 and older. These sleds may be antique but some of these sleds are easily hitting 100MPH+ in only 660feet. There is stock and Modified classes along with a 120CC kiddies class. Tons of excitment for everyone.
Currently there are only 5 vintage races across Saskatchewan. This is a one-day event that runs from 11am until the race ends (at approx. 5pm) with a banquet and awards to follow. This is a growing sport for people of all ages. Approx. 100-150 competitors attend every Saskatchewan Vintage Race with numerous spectators that come out to watch.
Feel free to haul your vintage sled (running or not) to put on display.
